All complaints must be sent to reklamasjon@devold.no. To document the issue, please attach photos of the defect in your email.

To handle your claim as quickly as possible, we need the following information from you:

• Name and address
• Name and address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Where the product was purchased
• Purchase date (please include a receipt if possible)
• Name of the product in question, size and color
• Production code consisting of 4 digits and 1 letter (for example 08 11 L), which you can find on the garment label or printed inside the garment itself
• Reason for the claim

Unfortunately, we do not offer repairs unless it is part of an approved complaint (warranty) case. However, we can provide advice and guidance on repairs. Any questions can be sent to reklamasjon@devold.no.
