Claims form for Devold of Norway AS
This form shall be used for all claims for Devold of Norway AS. Completed form, and enclose picture of the garment if you wish, sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE! Before the piece of clothing is sent back to us, all claims must be approved.
Complaint handling procedure
- Products to be returned must always be newly washed. We destroy any products which have not been washed - this for reasons of hygiene for those working with complaints.
- Stains that cannot be removed are not grounds for complaints.
- If a product is worn out (regardless of age), this is not a warranty matter. Products which are worn out are not replaced.
We reserve the right to replace wrong items/campaign items with the same product or corresponding product of the same value if we are sold out.
For faulty products which fall under standard complaints under the Sales Act, the handling time will be a maximum of seven days from when we receive the product until we return it.
Processing for repairs
For any products that can be repaired, the normal processing period is 10 days from receipt, but we will return the product no later than four weeks from when we receive it.
The personal information collected in this form is only used to handle the claim and will be deleted after 6 months.
