Devold wants to inspire an active outdoor life, and in the same way that we have supported several of history's most famous polar explorers, we want to pass on our expedition heritage through modern adventurers. We therefore place emphasis on supporting projects, associations and individuals who share our values and inspire an active lifestyle.
Criteria for sponsorship
We receive daily inquiries about sponsorship cooperation and / or sponsorship of products. Despite the fact that most of these are good projects that we would like to support, we do not have the opportunity to do so. Through our sponsorship strategy, we have entered into more extensive and long-term collaboration agreements with selected partners and this means that we do not enter into other sponsorship agreements / contributions.
All potential sponsorship projects must meet the following criteria:
- Be relevant in relation to our concluded cooperation agreements.
- Be related to outdoor life / expeditions / active lifestyle outdoors.
- In order for the application to be processed, it must be sent at least 3 months in advance of the desired conclusion.
Applications are evaluated twice a year, in March and September, respectively. The application form must be used to have the application assessed.
SPONSORSHIP SUPPORT - INFLUENCERS / AMBASSADORS
Throughout our 165-year history, Devold garments have made polar expeditions possible. Today, the modern adventurer has the opportunity to spread inspiration and motivate other people to a healthy and active lifestyle. We therefore support various influencers and have our own, selected ambassadors, who inspire others to live in harmony with nature, move boundaries and choose sustainable products. At the same time, we receive daily applications from potential influencers and even though we are inspired by so many of them, we do not have the opportunity to support everyone.
Influencers and potential ambassadors who will be considered must represent an active lifestyle and be associated with the outdoors, sports or other outdoor activities.
Applications are only assessed via the application form. Applications are processed twice a year, in May and in December.
