Return rights in connection with Christmas
We are expanding the return right in connection with Christmas; products purchased from 13 November can be exchanged until 15 January 2021.
How do I return an order?
A returns form is included with your order. Fill it in and enclose it with the order you want to return. We recommend you chose a method of postage that makes it possible to track. This makes it more secure for both parties. Any products returned must be unused and possible for us to sell again. That means that any labels, protective plastic etc. must remain.

How long have I got if I want to return it?
From when you receive the parcel, you have 14 days to send it back or to let us know that you are sending it back and then return it as quickly as possible.
Can I return all types of products?
For reasons of hygiene, we do not allow returns of boxers and hipsters.
Does it cost anything to return a product?
Yes, the customer has to pay return postage. If we have sent you the wrong product, we will of course pay for the return postage. Contact us so that we can agree to replace it with the correct product and how to return the incorrect product.

Can I swap for another product?
You can do this easily by making a new order for what you wanted instead. As we charge for postage and packaging for all orders, there is no extra cost.
