How do I return an order?
We are using an online return solution for returns. To register your return order, login to your account here, find the order you want to return, and click on the button "return order". Follow the steps.

How long have I got if I want to return it?
From when you receive the parcel, you have 14 days to send it back or to let us know that you are sending it back and then return it as quickly as possible.
Can I return all types of products?
For reasons of hygiene, we do not allow returns of boxers and hipsters.
Does it cost anything to return a product?
Yes, even though we provide you with a DHL return label, we will deduct a fee when a return is processed in our warehouse. The fee is deducted from the amount we will credit you for the returned products.
Finland: 10 EUR
Denmark: 75 DKK
Norway: 99 NOK
Sweden: 99 SEK
New Zealand: 35 NZD
If we have sent you the wrong product, we will of course pay for the return postage. Contact us so that we can agree to replace it with the correct product and how to return the incorrect product.

Can I swap for another product?
You can do this easily by making a new order for what you wanted instead. As we charge for postage and packaging for all orders, there is no extra cost.
