Shipping and delivery
Temporary delivery delays at DHL:
15.02.2021: DHL has informed about delays on some deliveries, due to large amounts of snow and low temperatures. Please stay up to date on your order via the tracking number you have received.
Currently, we only ship to Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
How much is postage and packaging?
We charge 99 NOK/99 SEK/75 DKK/10 EUR for postage and packaging for any orders below 750 NOK/849 SEK/549 DKK/75 EUR.
Shipping in connection with Christmas
The last deadline for orders in the webshop before Christmas is 21 December at 11.00.
When can I expect to receive the goods?
We try to process all orders on the same day, or the following day. It does depend a little on where you live but most will have received their order within 2-3 working days.
We will ship your order with DHL Express to the address you have provided in the order. You can choose, for example, a work address, if you want delivery to your workplace. DHL Express makes sure that you receive an SMS (or email) with the estimated delivery time once your product is shipped from our warehouse. Here you will find a tracking link so you can track your shipment. By following the link in the SMS, you can manage your shipment and edit the following:
- - Delivery date (it’s not possible to select a time of day)
- - Deliver to neighbour
- - Delivery address
- - Hold the shipment if you are not at home
- - Arrange delivery to a Service Point
You will receive a new SMS from DHL Express once your shipment is out for delivery.
Normally, most customers will have received their product(s) within 2-3 business days from our delivery confirmation, depending on where in Norway or Sweden the package is to be delivered.
If we are out of stock, you will be informed in a timely manner. It is then up to you to decide whether to wait for the product, change to another product or cancel your order.
